Fitness Programs and Class Descriptions

Strength Classes

Body Pump

Bodypump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

HIIT Power

POWER-Besides being a quick method to getting in great shape, intervals are extremely effective for transforming your physique. By incorporating intense periods of exercise with short recovery segments, intervals allow you to keep the workout intensity high while maintaining proper form. The magic of HIIT lies in the ability to keep your body burning fat even after you leave the gym.

TRX Circuit

This is a total body weight training class that incorporates strength training using your own body weight along with cardio interval training.

Core Strong

Get your core strong and firm with this quick 30 minute abs class. Supercharge your metabolism while toning and firming your core muscle group.

Core to the Max

Forget boring sit-ups, take your core training to the next level. This workout will tighten and tone your abs, back and gluts while improving strength and balance.

Body Attack

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

BODYCOMBAT is an empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts. This fiercely energetic program draws from a variety of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Cardio Fusion

Cardio Fusion is a total body workout. A mix of cardio, strength, and core that fuses movements from martial arts, dance, yoga, HIIT, and other types of training, that will take your fitness to the next level! Cardio fusion helps improve energy levels, flexibility, balance, quickness, and core stability. Suited for all fitness levels.

LIVE class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll leave every class dripping sweat—and ready to conquer anything! Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations.

Ageless Warriors

For ages 50 and up! Join us for low impact cardio, strength training, stretching, flexibility and balance exercises. Modifications will be taught to show variations to fit all fitness levels.

Country Heat LIVE is the country dance-inspired workout that’s unlike any other workout you’ve tried. Packed with your favorite country hits and simple steps, each class is a fun-filled, calorie-scorching good time.

a Christ-centered yoga practice, embracing the essential elements of traditional yoga, breath work, meditation, and physical postures.

PiYo

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

P90X LIVE

P90X LIVE is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core. It incorporates a new “protocol based” approach to full body training. These plateau busting routines will transform your body and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Turbo Kick LIVE

Turbo Kick LIVE class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll leave every class dripping sweat—and ready to conquer anything! Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations.

Exteme Body Blast

Explode through your workout with high intensity intervals. This class will rotate between a combination of plyometrics, cardio, and strength building that will enhance your speed, agility, and lean muscles. Extreme Body Blast will challenge you for 30 hardcore minutes ad end with 10 minutes of cool down and deep stretching. Modifications for all abilities.

Interval Training

If you’re looking for variety and a metabolic boost -this class is for you! The trainer will provide a series of strength and endurance exercises interspersed with rest/recovery periods. Expect different types of intervals with each class -such as tabata and circuits. This exercise concept has been scientifically proven to help boost metabolism and burn body fat, while increasing strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants will work at their own pace and modification options will be provided to ensure you get the best work out for you!!!

Step HIIT

This class is 45 minutes of interval drills that rotate between cardio and strength exercises. To keep it interesting, a step will be used to help increase the intensity and give you variety. The object is to push as hard as you can during the interval and then follow up with brief periods of rest.

Cycling Classes

An excellent workout to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. This class is set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent calorie burning workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

Cycle Circuit

All the benefits of Cycle with circuits of sculpting drills on and off the bike to enhance strength and definition. This class will get your heart pounding and your muscles working.

Hot Cycle

We crank up the heat and turn down the lights for a unique cycling experience! All the benefits of cycle plus the benefits of heat will boost your metabolism, improve blood flow, improve mental clarity, and detoxify your body.

Cycle Mix

Anything goes with this class. We take the bikes to the back room and create a new experience every week by fusing cycle class with any of the following-step, weights, hiit, exercise balls, kickboxing, piyo, and more! Burn major calories and never get bored!!
50 minutes

All scheduled classes are continued subject to class attendance.
Any class that averages less than 5 participants may be dropped
from the schedule

Snow/Inclement Weather Policy
If the Kearney Public Schools are closed or delayed, we may operate on a delayed opening schedule. In extreme weather conditions we will announce closing and/or reduced hours on NTV and on social media. We will have classes and programs if roads are passable and safe for our staff to get to the gym.
