* Individual Weigh Ins Before and After.

* Workout – participants need to workout at least 4 times a week. We will also have a team challenge and a monthly challenge.

Ageless Warriors: Join us for strength training, stretching, flexibility and balance exercises. Modifications will be taught to show variations to fit all fitness levels and some will be taught from sitting in chairs.
45 minutes. Designed for older adults – 60’s and above.


LM_bodypumpStrength training at its best. It’s a toning and conditioning class that will improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories all day long. You’ll use a step and a bar with a set of weights. All fitness levels. 60 minutes

Dynamic instructors and powerful music will motivate you during this full-body cardio workout.

Fit – Bodies: Hit every muscle group as you burn calories through cardio and strength training moves – Get FIT with Terri.

Cardio Kickboxing: Torch calories with this intense and fun cardio kickboxing class! This super-charged class uses different punches and kicks for a great fat burning and total body workout!

Cardio Groove: Fun & effective for all lovers of dance – combining the latest moves with the hottest music.

zumba Salsa mix with a twist is what you’ll get with this cardio-based workout. It mixes Latin and Caribbean dance music, which allows you to groove and have fun.

Any class that averages less than 5 participants may be dropped from the schedule
