Membership Overview

No matter what your health and wellness goals are, JFL offers a variety of equipment, classes and personalized training to fit your needs.

Our exclusive focus on women’s fitness for over a decade has proven to be the front runner of all women only fitness facilities. We strive every day to continue that tradition by offering the newest and most effective classes, equipment, training techniques and other services which maximize your health and wellness efforts.

Excellent Customer Service

Our staff is willing and able to help you design and carry out your workout plan. Certified Personal Training, including pre and post natal specialty training, is available in packages that can guarantee you one-on-one assistance. Just for Ladies Fitness is here to assist you. Although our fitness classes are very dynamic for different individual levels, we have them organized in four categories:

Wide Variety of Equipment

Just for Ladies Fitness offers a wide variety of cardio equipment to allow you to get “heart healthy” and move well. You can push yourself to your limit striding or stair climbing on an AMT, or mend a sore knee with a great workout on the Bike, Rower, or NUSTEP. We also have a variety of ellipticals, cross trainers, and a stair stepper.

At the same time, our weight floor is designed with the active woman in mind! Get toned and strong in a “ladies only” environment. We have Rouge Rig/Rack systems, cable machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes, weight machines and much more to help you become strong and confident. We are happy to show you how to get the most from your workout using our equipment.

Monthly Unlimited Pricing: 

 

  • Sauna Only membership - $31.25/week

 

Unlimited infrared sauna access is included in all levels of membership. Payments are due in full for multi-session packages at the time of purchase. Appointments must be scheduled with a front desk attendant no less than one hour prior to the appointment in order for the member to enjoy the full benefits of the sauna session.

InBody's patented, highly accurate and self-guided body scanning puts the power of knowledge into our clients’ hands. InBody provides biomedical technology that simplifies the understanding of our member's health and wellness.

Kids' Club - Supervised Childcare

We are here to serve you and your kiddos. JFL childcare staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  Constant supervision, and a check-in policy, ensures your child’s security and well-being while you fit in some much-deserved “me” time. Children 6 weeks to 13 years are allowed in the facility. Kids Club is included with all levels of membership including sauna memberships.  For non-members, this service is $5 per family/per visit.

Kid’s Club Hours:
Monday – Saturday Morning: 8am-11am


Monday – Thursday Afternoon: 4pm-7pm

Certified Personal Trainers

Our Certified Personal Trainers at JFL are always ready to assist with your workout needs, whether that be motivation to get on track or solid instruction on proper technique and form. We also offer pre and post natal specific personal training for both the new or veteran mom! Individual, partner, and group packages are available. Please stop by the front desk for additional information.

What to Expect: Before beginning your first session with your trainer, she will meet with you to discuss your specific fitness goals and exercise history, including health issues, and family history.  During your sessions, your trainer will identify the proper workout to achieve your fitness objectives!

Locker Room & Towel Service 

 Just for Ladies' clean and spacious locker room is designed to help you get ready to workout and then get ready to conquer your day. We have three showers and private changing areas. We have day lockers for our members to use and also offer monthly locker rental for a minimal fee.

Why bring your own towel when you come to JFL to workout? You have enough laundry to do! We provide a free towel service. Bath/Pool towels are available. We also offer both dry and cold sweat towels.

Tanning (included with membership)

 Take a 12-minute “vacation” in our lay down bed for an all-over glow.

  • Have a birthday or shower? Great for parties of 30 or fewer guests
